Every Town Meeting Day across Vermont local leaders are elected to school boards and selectboards. Will you be one of them?
This fall is the perfect time to start preparing for election next March.
If you’re considering running for your local selectboard or school board, this training is for you! You’ll learn what it takes to run for local office, including ways to prepare yourself and your family, how to campaign, and getting out the vote in communities large and small. You’ll hear from Emerge Vermont alumnae who currently serve on their local school boards and selectboards about what it’s like on the local campaign trail and to serve their communities as elected officials.
