She is also a mother of two sweet boys and the Co-President of the Parent-Teacher Organization at her kids’ elementary school. A proud Burlingtonian, Allie cares deeply about her community, Lake Champlain, and the beautiful state that we call home. Prior to joining The Flynn, she spent 15 years working in the human services sector, focusing on youth homelessness, housing, and child welfare system reform. Allie holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science & Public Policy from Harvard College and a master’s degree in Business Adminstration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, soaking up the beauty of Lake Champlain, cooking, and doing yoga.
