Read moreKim Gleason is the Program Manager for the GOE IPA, a collaborative of eight rural not-for-profit hospice providers in upstate New York. Kim provides strategic planning and implementation for the organization, assisting the member hospices to align their practices and realize efficiencies in order to build capacity and sustainability. Kim is currently serving on the Vermont Pension Investment Commission, the Vermont Municipal Employees Retirement System board, and the Vermont Students Anti-Racism Network board, and she has served on the Vermont State Board of Education from April 2019 through February 2025. Prior to moving to Grand Isle, Kim lived with her family in Essex, and served for nearly 15 years on the school boards, and she also served on the Vermont School Boards Association board for nearly ten years. Kim earned a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from New York University. She spent twelve years working for TIAA in New York and Vermont in retirement consulting and with the Vermont 529 Education Savings Plan. Kim currently lives in Grand Isle with her husband and two pups, and enjoys visits from their four adult children to enjoy Lake Champlain and our beautiful Vermont mountains.
