She has long been active in grassroots politics and now serves on the Jericho, Chittenden County, and Vermont Democratic committees. Beth has found fulfillment in the arts through the years, as an actress, dancer, singer, and even once as a director. She currently is a member of the Last Minute Choir at the Mount Mansfield Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and also of Vermont’s Freedom and Unity Chorus. She enjoys cooking, reading light novels and heavy non-fiction books, knitting and hanging out with her husband and their very tiny rescue dog, Daisy.
