Her research focuses on the impacts of policies like paid leave, childcare subsidies, and access to contraception on women’s economic outcomes. Tanya is also the Chair of the Cornwall Select Board. Her two children recently graduated from college and are alumni of Middlebury Union High School. Tanya loves to participate in local triathlons, swimming, biking, and running in the beautiful Vermont outdoors. She shares her home with her husband, her Bernese Mountain dog, and three cats.
